How many places have you lived?
I’ve lived in 3 different places! I grew up in northwest Pennsylvania, moved to central PA for college, and moved to Lexington about 10 years ago!
If you could describe your teaching style in 3 words, what would they be?
Energetic, Playful, and Gritty.
What is one thing your clients should know about you?
One thing you should know about me is that although I’ve struggled with body image and not fitting the typical “fit” body that we often see in the media, I am impressed by what my body can do when I push myself to the limits. That’s where I find my inner strength and bad-assery. When I see others do that in my classes, I get pumped (as they’ve seen and heard).
What’s your favorite thing about CY?
My favorite thing about CY is the diversity of our motivators. Each motivator has a unique personality, taste in music, and workout style. No matter what class you take, you’ll get a unique experience.
