Born in Germany; my dad was in the military, but I’ve been in Lexington the longest and call it home!
How do you get motivated when you’re just not feeling it?
I just think about how good I always feel after I get moving!

I was a concierge at CycleYOU 6 years ago while I was in in dentail hydeine school so they might have seen me a long time ago!
