Where are you from?
From Jeffersonville, Indiana, technically, but my mom insisted my dad drive across the border to Louisville because she “wasn’t giving birth to damn Hoosier babies!”
How do you get motivated when you’re just not feeling it?
I would say “fake it ’til you make it”, but it’s not being fake! It’s being real! I’ve never regretted a workout so I know if I just put one foot in front of the other, my 100% will show up. And that looks different day to day.
What’s something about you that might shock your CY clients?
I played Donkey in my high school’s Shrek The Musical. Best and funnest experience ever!
