30-60 Minute Experiences

Ride the energy wave! Classes taught in semi-dark in our 2,500 square foot cycling studio, the largest in Kentucky. All levels of fitness welcome! You will sweat! You will burn massive calories! You will work your abs, legs, arms, and walk out feeling stronger; more inspired. And we want everyone to achieve the best workout they can which is why we make all our studios no-tech zones.

What to bring

  • Water
  • Cycling Shoes (with spd cleat if you have them)
  • First-time riders get a free pair of rental shoes!
  • CycleYOU can be done in tennis shoes however we don’t recommend it. You burn 30% more calories with cycle shoes. CY has Cycle shoes and cleats for purchase.

45-55 Minute Experiences

If you like to mix things up, this class is for YOU! The perfect combo of CycleYou and strength training. Start with 25 minutes of cardio on the bike in the exciting atmosphere of CY with your heart and music pumping. Then hop off the bike and head to our Fierce Studio for 25 minutes of powerful upper body/core strength training. Finish with 5 minutes of cool-down stretches and breathing. Total body work all done in our semi-dark studios to the beat of great music! For CyclePUMP Express, you will do 18 minutes on the bike and 22 minutes in Fierce Studio.

  • Cycling Shoes (with spd cleat if you have them)
  • First time riders can wear our rentals!

60 Minute Experiences

A little taste of almost everything! A mix of cycling, barre, and upper body & core strength. Start with 18-20 minutes of cardio on the bike in the exciting atmosphere of CY with your heart and music pumping. Then hop off the bike and head to our Fierce Studio for 18-20 minutes of lower body toning with barre work. And finish with powerful upper body & core strength training. At the end you’ll notice how much better you feel during the cool down! Total body work all done in our semi-dark studios to the beat of great music.

What to bring

  • Water!
  • We have cycle shoes available to rent.
  • Sneakers are optional for the barre & strength portions
