The perfect combo of cycling and strength training to get that full body burn all in under an hour: 25 minutes of cardio on the bike, 25 minutes of upper body & core work, 5 minute cool down. This is the complete efficient workout you need to get the best of cardio, arms & abs. And rest assured, we’ve got modifications that’ll keep you safe while still pushing you toward your goals. Our goal is to create a supportive environment for EVERYbody!
