Where are you from?
I grew up in Georgetown Kentucky then moved to Lexington after college. We moved to Florida the last 4 years and now we are back to good ol’ KY!
What can clients expect in your classes?
Clients can expect a fun playlist, to be challenged and lots of fun energy!
Do you have any hidden talents?
My hidden talent is that I’m like a human google maps, I can drive anywhere once and know exactly how to get there again even if it’s been years. I won’t know road names but I will know exactly where to go or describe it.
If you could choose one right after class, what would it be: sauna, cold towel or shower?
If I had to choose one thing after class I’m going sauna all day!
