The perfect way to recover after a workout or as a recovery alone. The room is heated to 85 degrees and you’ll move through a slow flow getting that deep stretch in your muscles and get your mind set for the week ahead.

  • Bringing your own mat & yoga/bath towel is an option, we will provide mats.
